Who is behind the fair
The event is run by the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF). It works together with the Central Bank of the UAE, the federal Emiratisation programme Nafis, the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Expo Centre Sharjah.
Ethraa is a long-running national effort to bring more Emiratis into the financial sector. Its current goal is to create more than 10,000 jobs for UAE nationals by 2027.
