Italy Jobs for Pakistanis: 10,500 Work Quota and 2027 Click Day Dates
Italy has set aside 10,500 jobs for Pakistani workers over three years. Under the 2027 decree, the first click day for seasonal farm jobs is 12 January 2027.

Italy has given Pakistan a dedicated quota of 10,500 jobs over three years, according to Pakistan's Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development. Italy is the first European country to give Pakistan its own labour quota.
How the quota is split

Seasonal jobs are mostly in farming and tourism and last a few months. Non-seasonal jobs are longer-term work in other sectors.
In June 2026, Italy's ambassador in Islamabad confirmed the quota and said Italy has started pre-departure training programmes for workers going from Pakistan.
Italy's 2027 hiring decree (Decreto Flussi)
Italy admits non-EU workers through yearly quotas under its Decreto Flussi. For 2027, it has approved 165,850 entries:

Click day dates for 2027
Applications are sent online on fixed "click days". Places go quickly, so timing matters.

Before click day, applications can be pre-filled from 23 October to 7 December 2026, and completed between 9 and 13 December 2026, on the Italian Interior Ministry's portal.
Important: the employer applies, not you
Under the Decreto Flussi, the Italian employer (or an authorised representative) submits the application for a work permit (nulla osta). A worker cannot apply alone. You need a job offer from a real employer in Italy first.
Once the permit is approved, you apply for the work visa at the Italian embassy or consulate.
Avoid visa scams
- Nobody can "guarantee" you an Italy click-day slot.
- Do not pay agents for an "Italy work visa" without a written job offer you can verify.
- Use only licensed overseas employment promoters registered with Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration, and check updates from the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis.
